As first time homebuyers with a minimal amount approved for house purchase, we never thought we’d be able to find a house that meets all our needs and wishes. And so, when we discussed with FJ our preferences, we only ended up asking for an end-unit townhouse. But FJ undoubtedly excels in what he does; he gave us a lot more than what we have wished for! I was referred to Francis thru one of the organizations I belong. I sought his services and first time I met him gave me the impression that he was a person who knows what he is doing. He conducts himself in a very professional manner and makes sure he knows his clients wants and needs.

I wanted to sell a rental property I had in North York. I was looking for an agent, and a friend of mine strongly referred me to Francis. She told me a lot of wonderful things about him. I said I will call him. He was very easy to contact, with such a detailed business card, and YES DETAIL is something Francis has. He gets all the info he needs to do the job right and complete. He doesn't constantly bug you, he gets what he needs and starts working. He was so detailed when selling my house, that he made sure the For Sale sign was installed level, and clearly visible, since my house was situated on a bend and had a tree on the property. Francis did a great job showing the house as well. Through his networking he had all sorts of people flocking over to see the house. He has just a wonderful attitude. His lovely wife and colleague was with him a few times, and such a joy having her around. When the final sale came to be Francis was right on the job, and getting the work done. You know I could just go on and on but this was supposed to be a brief testimonal.
